Katherine Ragamat

Former Communications Director

Katherine Ragamat is the External Communications Director at Sparks Magazine. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Journalism from the University of Central Florida, where she helped found Sparks’s second chapter as the Executive Editor. During her undergraduate career, Katherine was actively involved in the APIA student community serving in various leadership roles within the Filipino Student Association, Asian Student Association and the Asian Pacific American Coalition. She currently works in communications in South Florida.

Through Sparks, Katherine hopes to empower the voices of the APIA community as well as give students the opportunity to share their experiences through creative outlets.
