APAHM 2020 Unsung Hero: Cynthia Kuang
(APIA) unsung heroes during COVID-19. We’re excited to feature Cynthia Kuang, who is a Chinese American from Queens, New York. She is a nurse and dental resident at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. During our conversation, we discussed being in quarantine in the city, the lack of resources for Elmhurst hospital (one of the hardest-hit hospitals in New York state), and the inspiration behind her GoFundMe fundraiser.
